What This Policy Covers

PinsDownload does not host Pinterest content. It reads a public Pinterest link and delivers a copy of the file Pinterest is already serving. If you believe your copyrighted work has been made available through a Pinterest link and you’d like it addressed, contact us using the process below.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

Send a written notice through our Contact page that includes:

  1. Your name, address, and a way to reach you.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
  3. The specific Pinterest link or URL where the content appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Counter-Notice If you believe content was removed or restricted by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.
  • Repeat Infringers We reserve the right to restrict access for users or links repeatedly linked to valid copyright complaints.
